The newly opened Riu Republica, on Playa Arena Gorda Beach in Punta Cana, is one of eight all-inclusive Riu Resorts in popular Dominican Republic. Six resorts are in Punta Cana and two in Puerto Plata. This Riu is the first adults-only in the Classic category and joins family-friendly Riu Naiboa and Riu Bambu, also in Punta Cana.
