The Riviera Maya Resort offers two state-of-the-art Life Fitness centers and both are open every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Life Fitness equipment including treadmills, bikes cross trainers, cardio stations with climbers and weight training stations are in each gym. To enhance your fitness time they also offer complimentary personal trainers and additional programing like stretch classes, yoga, tai chi, Pilates, Salsa, Zumba, and Merengue. Looking for more? There’s also a guided bike tour around the resort property.

The Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit also tops our list of Best All-Inclusive Gyms because of their state-of-the-art Fitness Center equipped with the Life Fitness equipment and they’re open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Treadmills, climbers, cross trainers, bikes, resistance and weight training are all possible to keep you on track while traveling. And, the pièce de résistance for Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is to stay in one of their twelve new Wellness Suites. If you do, you’ll receive a personal training session and massage in your suite (complimentary!). Body Rock® also has group classes, including yoga, TRX, and Pole Dancing. A new addition is Les Mills (provider of movement-to-music fitness experiences) and there will be 14 programs including 10 for group fitness and four for High-Intensity Interval Training. This spacious and modern two-story gym is open 24-hours, 7-days per week. The first floor is equipped with cardio and weight machines and the 2nd floor is for Pilates, yoga, and spinning classes offering during day time hours.
