Miraval Group opens their first coastal location at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA with Miraval Life in Balance Spa.  Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ  is one of the top brands in wellness spa vacations.

This $40 million renovation reflects an inspiring wellness experience along the coast and is nothing short of relaxing.  This renovation also includes 400-modern guest rooms and suites; five new dining concepts (a Mediterranean restaurant and bar; a contemporary living room salon; small bites and healthy options; an indoor-outdoor gastro pub and a Mexi-Cali family friendly poolside cantina); refreshing pools; Miraval’s Life in Balance wellness programming and spa services; and plenty of adventures in Dana Point.

As a loyal fan of Miraval Resort and Spa in Arizona I’m equally excited about the offerings at Monarch Beach Resort.  Similar activities, private and group sessions are on the menu for fitness, yoga, and meditation.  The spa contains 24 treatment rooms, a lap pool, spa suites, Drybar, boutique, relaxation and tranquility zones, a Deborah Lippmann Nail Salon and signature programming by visiting specialists from Miraval Tucson.

Sign me up for the Coastal Aromatic Stone Massage and I’ll meet you at the beach!
