Palace Resorts Raises the Bar in Gastronomy

Palace Resorts Expands F&B
Palace Resorts

Palace Resorts sets the bar even higher with their latest culinary news.

In a nutshell: Palace Resorts elevated their culinary offerings with the opening of The Library, Cancun’s first speakeasy, at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun.  In addition, all Palace Resorts will benefit from new wine offerings due to a new partnership with Robert Mondavi. And, Moon Palace Cancun is home to Agra, the first Indian Restaurant for Palace Resorts.

A palatable announcement for sure as these three additions as well as an enhanced culinary team add to the epicurean experiences at five-star Palace Resorts.

Here’s the Scoop:
Speakeasies invoke a sense of excitement – think about going down an alley or entering from a hidden door – the secrecy of it all!  The Library, for adults only, can only be entered via a secret entry behind the library shelves and is open from 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.. Inspired by the roaring 20’s with hand-crafted cocktails like the Gin Fizz, the Al Capone and the House Negroni.

Wine lists at all-inclusive resorts are improving. This partnership means that Mondavi wines will be featured in all restaurants and all guest rooms. The wine list at Palace Resorts also includes Concha y Toro from Chile and LA Cetto from Mexico.

And at Moon Palace Cancun, Chef Sarvesh Patankar, originally from India, will bring Indian cuisine to life at Agra, which is reminiscent of a traditional Indian Palace.  Serving the flavors that India is known for with authentic dishes like Tikka Masala, Naan, and Samasos.  They will be open for dinner only.

Pack your fedora, Al, we’re heading to The Library!
