It’s nearly one year since Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. And the news is getting better for tourism in Puerto Rico as this comeback unfolds.
In a nutshell: Discover Puerto Rico began a new initiative to highlight the progress and share new images of the recovery using the social media hashtag campaign #CoverTheProgress. This began due to the local community and recent travelers and the hope is to continue to move the recovery forward.
