Playa Resorts - Sanctuary Cap Cana Castle

Playa Hotel & Resort Management is kickin’ some butt.

They seduced the owners of Sanctuary Cap Cana to slide on over to their side of the management game.

Then they close SCC and pumped ‘extensive’ ($35M) cash into renovating everything from the sand up.

I had a chance to get up close to this resort just before it closed for renovations.

Was staying next door at the Secrets Cap Cana for an industry ‘insider’ schmoozefest and decided to saunter down the beach and ‘Jake’ it.

(that means arriving uninvited and cajoling management into letting me meander around)

This property is a beauty….complete with a castle…..and once they get finished adding 2 more towers (something like 140 suites) it will be even more surreal.

With Playa managing this resort they should have the kinks worked out that plagued SCC in the past.

(Playa also manages Hyatt Ziva/Zilara, Panama Jacks, the Royal and more)

Btw,

The Cap Cana area has some of the nicest beaches I have ever seen.

Wide, flat, soft, walk-able and great swimming (although seaweed has given them fits).

So if you want to try out a truly unique resort, Playa will accommodate you at 45% off.
