New Chapel at Bahia Principe Riviera Maya

Chapel Wedding in Riviera Maya
Bahia Principe

Goin’ to the chapel and we’re gonna get married….in Riviera Maya.

In a nutshell: Bahia Principe Riviera Maya recently opened the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Chapel (Our Lady of Guadalupe). The Chapel is located at Hacienda Doña Isabel, which is the entertainment hub for Bahia Principe’s Riviera Maya resorts, between Akumal and Tulum.

Let’s face it…..having a dream wedding on the beach is high on a bride’s list and we don’t often think about a church for tropical destination weddings.  However, there have been more churches and chapels opening at resorts in Mexico and Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Chapel offers guests the opportunity to say “I do” in a traditional and sacred space for their wedding in Riviera May.

Weddings in Riviera Maya can be customized to include a ceremony in the new Chapel and perhaps a reception at the beach – there are many wedding options offered by Bahia Principe.

This beautiful new Chapel with high ceilings, wood beams, and stained glass creates a sacred space for prayer and Sunday service if you’re staying at one of the four Riviera Maya properties including Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal, Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka’an, Grand Bahia Principe Coba, or Grand Bahia Principe Tulum.  The Chapel is closest to the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum, but there are trains that connect all Bahia Principe resorts.

Would you choose the Chapel for your Wedding….or the Beach?  Let us know in the comments.
