Are you booked at the Sunscape Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic?

If so, contact whomever you purchased your trip through……so they can book you at a different resort.

In A Nutshell: As of April 30, 2024, the contract expired between the property owners and the Hyatt Inclusive Collection.  Have no fear, Hyatt will take good care of you.  But it’s important you contact them right away so they can get you booked at the Marien Puerto Plata or get a refund with no penalty.   Don’t dilly dally…..There are 355 rooms with other people in your same situation.  You don’t want to be without a chair when the music stops.

This happens…….

Most hotels and resorts, including all-inclusives, have owners that decide who they will affiliate with – or – have manage their properties.

Fortunately you selected a resort that is part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection – and they have a great reputation for taking good care of their vacationers.
