Turks & Caicos has dropped its COVID entry (and exit) requirements for vaccinated travelers.
And their visitor count has rebounded faster than expected.
Unfortunately, airfare costs are approaching peaks we have never seen before.
So get ready to be gouged……Unless you live in a city that has charter flights available (charter is now called ‘Dedicated Vacation Flights’).
But I digress…..Let’s get back to what it takes to get in and out of Turks & Caicos.
If you’re over 18 the only things you need to get into – and out of – the country is a passport valid for 6 months and your vaccination card.
As of today in Turks & Caicos there is NO REQUIREMENT for:
- A negative COVID test to get in.
- Proof of insurance.
- Loading your personal information into their TCI Assured website.
- Wearing masks. Even indoors and in enclosed spaces.
- A negative COVID test to get out of the country.
We are starting to see the loosening of restrictions all over the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America.
So be sure to research the latest updates if you are traveling.
There is a lot of BS flying around. The .gov sites are the most reliable.
And don’t forget your airline requirements.
They have dropped too….but ‘know before you go’ and check to be sure that even though a country’s requirements have dropped, the airline requirements have dropped as well.
So get your butt in a lounge chair and your toes in the sand.

P.S.
I am serious about prices are going up. Vacaflation is headed our way. And cancel terms are still lenient. But not for long.
