Among the first resort brands to focus on wellness, the Check PricesBodyHoliday created a vacation concept for optimizing ‘well-being’ many years ago and they’ve been continually improving on it since the beginning.
You may recall their slogan, “Give us your body for a week and we’ll give you back your mind.”
It’s evident that Check PricesBodyHoliday is doing something quite right as they approach their 4th decade of helping people improve their health.
The makeover included upgrades to the Wellness Centre and Skin Clinic. 76 Luxury Ocean View rooms, including the solo traveler rooms, were refreshed with new colors, new windows, new beds and the bathrooms now have tropical rainfall showers.
In addition to Villa Firefly, two other luxury villas were added to the resort and both include a junior suite and an apartment.
Dining venues were also part of this makeover and their Asian-fusion restaurant, Tao, now has a new modern look along with a new outdoor deck and a wine cellar. Their casual restaurant now features a sushi counter and juice bar.
A new eco-friendly air conditioning system was also added at the Check PricesBodyHoliday.
Outdoor areas were not overlooked, and numerous upgrades – large and small – were incorporated throughout the resort.
What hasn’t changed? The many opportunities to focus on wellness and have fun at this island resort.
Guests can choose from over 50 activities from yoga, to Pilates, to scuba diving and more.
Ayurvedic treatments and Ayurvedic Cuisine are also offered and with over 170 spa/wellness treatments to enhance the guest experience they’ve also introduced their new portal for guests where they can use a private webpage to pre-plan their experience.
Theme months are also featured at BodyHoliday, with programs and a focus on different aspects of wellness (and fun!).
